ACSP Wig Program

The Association of Cosmetology Salon Professionals spearheads a statewide community service initiative - Wigs for Cancer. We are encouraging our members and professional peers to raise money to purchase wigs for cancer patients. All money raised is used to purchase wigs to benefit cancer patients. This is a program many of our members already participate in. ACSP wants to make a difference and bring the power of an entire state to helping cancer patients.

In the last 5+ years the ACSP Wig Program has funded over 550 wigs/turbans to cancer patients.  Every wig makes a difference!

How Can I Help?
1) Donate your time and help those recovering from cancer to feel better about themselves
2) Organize a fundraising drive and raise money to purchase wigs.This can be as simple as selling candy in your salon! Every little bit helps.
3) Directly donate money to the cause.
4) Spread the Word and let others know about this important way to give back to the community.
